Cookie policy

The cookies and similar technologies used on the Jadenex website, what each one does and how to change your choice.

Version 1.0. Last updated 15 September 2026. This document is published in English and the English version prevails over any translation.

1. What a cookie is

A cookie is a small file placed on your device by a website. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage and pixels. This policy covers all of them and refers to them together as cookies.

Jadenex uses cookies to operate the website, to keep you signed in, to protect the service against abuse and, where you consent, to measure how the website is used.

Strictly necessary cookies are set without consent because the website cannot operate without them. Every other category is set only after you accept it in the cookie banner.

Your choice is recorded on your device together with the date it was given and the version of this policy in force at that time. You may change your choice at any time using the button below. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before it was withdrawn.

No advertising cookie is set on this website and no personal data collected through cookies is sold or shared for another party to use for its own advertising.

4. Third party content

The trading page embeds a charting component supplied by a third party charting provider, and the interface loads fonts from a font provider. These providers may set their own cookies or receive your internet protocol address in order to deliver the content. Their processing is governed by their own policies.

Where you reject analytics cookies, no analytics identifier is created by Jadenex. Content required for the operation of the trading interface is still loaded because the service cannot be delivered without it.

5. Managing cookies in your browser

Most browsers allow cookies to be blocked or deleted through their settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent the website from operating correctly, including signing in and placing an order.

Clearing browser storage on this website will also clear the account record held on this device by the account interface.

6. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated. Where a change adds a new category of cookie or a new purpose, consent is requested again before that cookie is set.
